Cancellation & Appointment Policy To respect our artists’ time and provide the best service experience, the following policies apply: • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your final balance. • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or reschedules. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond this time may require rescheduling and will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Lash Adjustment Policy • Please contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of your appointment regarding any lash concerns to be eligible for a complimentary adjustment. • Requests made after 7 days will be treated as a fill or full set based on lash condition and technician assessment.
