CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Appointment Policy • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This will go toward your final balance. • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit forfeited. • If you experience any issues with your lashes, please contact us within 2 days of your appointment for a complimentary fix. • If you reach out after 1 week, a fix will be treated as a fill or full set, based on lash condition and at the lash tech’s discretion. • No refunds will be issued for any services or deposits.
